Shipping policy

The following terms apply: We deliver to Germany and to the delivery countries available for selection at checkout.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Delivery within Germany is free of charge. Shipping charges apply to deliveries abroad. The shipping charges applicable to the delivery country and the order are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within Germany within 3-5 days, and for international deliveries within 5-7 days of conclusion of the contract (where payment in advance is agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.


If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further payment details
