Withdrawal information

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
• on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DASMO GmbH, Heinrich-Fahr-Straße 1, 78333 Stockach, Germany, telephone: +49 7771 9144500, email: support@dasmo-gmbh.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You can also submit your withdrawal declaration using our electronic withdrawal function or the floating “Withdraw from contract” button in the shop. Enter the details identifying your contract and your email address, then complete the declaration by selecting “Confirm withdrawal”. The options mentioned above, such as declaring your withdrawal by email or post, also remain available.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to us, DASMO GmbH, Heinrich-Fahr-Straße 1, 78333 Stockach, Germany. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Statutory exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, or to contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

These exceptions apply only if the relevant statutory requirements are met. Food products are not generally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
